Color: Natural toffee, rich, copper-mahogany
Nose: light caramelized pineapple & raisin, charred oak, with a wee cheeky hint of leather and toasted nuts.
Palate: A whirlwind of tropical fruit (Pineapples, pears, ripe starfruit), burnt sugar, layered with spicy black pepper and creamy vanilla.
Finish: Complex, long, rich, warming with smoky wood, light maple, spiced, dry and toasted - with a lovely clean sweetness to it.
