Colour: straw yellow colour, with golden and brilliant reflections and a good consistency. Nose: intense, elegant and quite complex, with clear citrus scents, in particular of cedar, but there is also fresh fruit, such as pears, pineapples and other tropical fruits; presents a bouquet of jasmine, orange blossom and orange blossom, a spice of white pepper and an important and typical minerality. Flavour: dry, moderately warm and pleasantly soft; strong and good freshness sapidity, with medium and balanced body. Development: intense, persistent, fine, harmonious, typical.
