Made using the appassimento method with partially dried Sangiovese grapes, Galassi's version from Emilia-Romagna is rich, concentrated, and intensely flavoured. With an intense red color and purplish edges, this wine boasts great aromatic depth, featuring notes of spices and ripe fruit. Its taste is structured with a velvety, dense body and soft tannins.
