Tenuta di Castellaro Ypsilon Rosso 2018

Red-purple in colour with hints of red fruits and spices on the nose. The taste is enveloping and fresh, with elegant tannins and good gustative persistence. Excellent with past, white meats and elaborate seafood courses.
