Kinokawa Junmai-Shu Sake

Great umami taste, allows this sake to uplift the flavours of food for fun pairing combinations! This Kinokawa is also highly recommended for use in cooking. 

Junmai means 'pure rice' and distinguishes this sake as being brewed using only rice, water, yeast and koji. Nothing else, such as sugar or alcohol is added during the brewing process.
