The 2020 Capensis Chardonnay is a culmination of five remarkable vineyards – a balanced, layered, and complex expression of the region. Crafted to age gracefully and gain complexity over time, the wine currently shows shavings of tangerine citrus, river stone minerality leaving a rich mouth coating of acidity with lightly toasted brioche.
