Viberti Barolo Riserva San Pietro 2016

Quite deep and complex, tobacco and somewhat dried-floral aroma of ripe red and black berries with cherry notes, a hint of tar and dried-floral as well as delicate juniper nuances. Clear, fine-juicy, almost cool, fresh fruit with a certain acidity and present, yet fine tannins, persistent on the palate, a little floral and hints of ethereal-spicy, good depth, rose petals in the background, juniper, tar and a little long pepper, fermentation tones reminiscent of black tea, quite complex, still young, a hint of coffee in the very good, tight finish.
