Delicate cherry colour with strawberry tones. Fine and persistent bubbles. Aromas of red fruit, strawberries, cherries and woodland fruits with hints of green apple. Elegant and light on the palate. Well balanced between acidity and sweetness with a refreshing finish. Blend of 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay.

This would be a good sparkling wine for a romantic dinner, thanks to the attractive redberry and candied-orange character. Dry and substantial enough on the palate to be good with a wide range of dishes. The clean finish draws you back for more.
