Adalia Amarone DOC 2014

Intense garnet red with great persistence on the nose of cherry, dry plum, tobacco and sweet spices. Good balance, full bodied, elegant tannins, never too much acidity. Traditionally matched with game, braised meats and along aged cheeses.
